Here is a summary on how to book an event at our Village Hall.
Check our calendar to see if the hall is free to hire on the dates you require. To see calendar click here (remember to consider setting up and clearing up time. Also week day events from Monday to Thursday end time is restricted to 11pm
For prices of the Village hall and Meeting Room click here. A choice of "hourly" and "All Day" prices are available.
If dates are available and you are happy with the prices contact our Booking Clerk: Helene on 07890 212194 to provisionally book the dates or any question you may have (the most important information is detailed in the Booking Agreement Form which also has the Terms and conditions attached - see part 4)
After your provisional booking has been accepted, download and print the Village Hall Booking Agreement Form click here to download. Please read the agreement including all Terms and Conditions. If you are satisfied with the agreement, please complete the form, sign and return to use by hand/post or email. A £100 deposit is required at time of booking by BACS or cheque (our payment details are in the Booking Agreement). Once your agreement form is accepted and your deposit is paid your event is officially booked.
The Booking Clerk will request a date for which the hire costs need to be paid by. Payment can be by Cash or BACS. Payment for the hall hire has to be paid in full prior to handing over of the Village Hall keys.
If you cancel within 7 days of your event. You will loose you deposit. If the event cost less than £100 then you will only loose the cost of the event and the remainder of the deposit will be paid back. If you cancel prior to 7 days of your event your deposit will be fully refunded.
