Booking the Hall GuideHere is a summary on how to book an event at our Village Hall.
Please check the information on this website to ensure the hall is suitable for your event - i.e. maximum no. guests; parking; pricing. View our calendar to check availability. Please remember to allow time for setting up and clearing up.
Please note that for weekday bookings Monday to Thursday, the latest finish time for events is 11pm For prices of the Village hall and Meeting Room click here. N.B. 'Hourly' and 'Daily' rates are available.
If your date is available on the electronic calendar and you have checked the rates, please complete the enquiry form with details of your booking and email it to us here.
If you have any questions, please check our Terms and Conditions. If your question isn't answered here then please contact us. We will be in touch to confirm availability and request a deposit to secure the booking. IMPORTANT: After your provisional booking has been accepted, download and print the Village Hall Booking Agreement Form, having checked you're happy with our Terms & Conditions. Please complete the form, sign and return to us at: [email protected]. A £100 deposit is required at time of booking by BACS or cheque.
IMPORTANT: Your event will only be officially booked and the date reserved once the Booking Agreement form and the deposit have both been received. The Booking Clerk will confirm when the full cost of hire needs to be paid by. Payment can be via Cash or BACS. Payment for the hall hire must be paid in full prior to your event.
If you cancel within 7 days of your event, you will be charged the full event fee, however your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel prior to 7 days of your event, your fee and deposit will be refunded. |
